COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Devices RD155A-12-MS5-HC-Q parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Isa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Interface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jhj product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Isa such as the 00F50601000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1500AZB200 manufactured by Interface and we are pleased to be able to service most Interface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature hjhj by Manufacturer Jhj as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Infranor Brand SMTBMG20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ir-Robot such as L12100P03 equipment made by Ir-Robot have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ir-Robot products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ir-Robot" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GRBMQ82410L140 made by Ironman as well as the popular QP1C original spares produced by Jamesbury Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM486FE6057D024P2 by Itoh and L12100P03 spares by Ir-Robot are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original COX7A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jikon. |
